My Latest Progress on my Book.

Hey! So, I have been neglecting my responsibilities lately... again... But, I wanted to give you another piece of my book to chew on! So, chew away!

In a castle in the frosty northern mountains, paced a young woman, deep in thought.

If you would just get close enough to slip something into their food, we could be rid of them so much sooner, and then we could continue our plans to take over Imagi and the rest of the Wizard Corporation. It would be much quicker, don't you think, Barnibus?” she said, turning to the only other person in the room.

The man sat in thought for a moment, his Dark Purple eyes looking at nothing in particular. Even though he was only 39, he had Ash Grey hair, almost White, making his Dark eyes pop more than they would on anyone else's face. Finally, after some time had passed, he replied. “Annayka, I must inquire, is your hurry to be rid of your brother clouding your thoughts? Yes, we would be able to continue on as if nothing happened, but what's the fun in that? He has no clue the significance of him being here yet, of him simply being alive, now does he? As long as he is clueless, he is harmless. So why not toy around with him for a little before we get rid of him and his little friends?”

Annayka sighed. Barnibus had been there for her as long as she could remember, helping her plan the ultimate scheme and put it into action, picking their battles, until, finally, victory was within grasp. All they needed to do now was get rid of her brother before he became to much of a problem. But she had to admit, toying with her long lost brother was rather appealing. “Oh, all right. I'd much rather just get it over with, but you have convinced me that maybe toying just a little won't be so bad.”

He grinned. “Excellent. I shall continue on with the plan. I will keep you updated, your supreme ladyship. I will be off!” And with that, he vanished. Annayka gazed at the spot he had just been, never forgetting the day she first saw him do that. It had been 17 years since she first lay eyes on him, since he first helped her realize her true potential and break free from the close confinement her parents had put her in once they discovered her powers. All this was thanks to Barnibus Hector Krane, the mysterious boy 11 years her superior.

So? What do you think? Good? Bad? Let me know!
